Prophet Muhammad, Peace and Blessings be upon him said, ‘Exchange gifts, as this would lead to increasing your love for one another’ Al-Bukhari.

This workshop was a fantastic success and was delivered in support of Shoebox for Syria, who every year invite parents & children to gift Eid presents to the vulnerable children in Syria.

Children were encouraged to learn about their fellow Muslim brothers and sisters in Syria and to fill a wrapped shoebox full of gifts and make an Eid card to send to a child in Syria. All he children participated wonderfully and Al-humdu lillah we made 51 boxes and raised over £500 for Shoebox for Syria.

 

In April 2017, once again we delivered the Gifting Love workshop which was a roaring success and we filled 133 shoeboxes and raised £300, we many people donating and sponsoring boxes to be filled to put smiles on the faces of our children in Syria.
